All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we embroidered that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

Due to Holiday’s high volumes and increased pressure, our processing time and delivery time have been delayed by up to 10 business days than the time frame below. We appreciate your patience as we ask you to hang tight a little longer.

1. Which countries do you ship your products to?

We can ship worldwide.

2. How is the delivery time calculated?

When processing with your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:

– Order Processing:

• Expect to receive your design via email within 2-4 days (optional). Upon receipt, provide feedback and approval. 

• Upon your approval, we will proceed with producing your order, which typically takes 1-3 business days.

• Once the production is complete, we will promptly ship the order to your specified address..

 + SHIPPING SERVICES

• US: 4-8 business days

• Others: 8-12 business days

3. How much is the shipping charge?

Shipping charges are estimated due to your location and the order’s weight. The minimum shipping fee will be $5.99.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us.
