Refund Policy

After placing an order, it’s not feasible to make edits or cancel it since all orders are personalized. Should you have any inquiries or notice any errors in your order, please reach out to us directly at support@olightgifts.com.

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

• Once our artists commence work on your order following its placement, we cannot provide a full refund, even if production hasn’t begun. If a refund is requested, a partial refund can be arranged, deducting $35 (the cost of the digital design) from the total refund due to the work invested. 

• Once your order has been produced, no refunds of any kind can be accommodated.

• Should you wish us to create a new design using a different photo, a charge of $12 per new photo will apply, as we’ll initiate a fresh drawing from scratch.

Damaged Products

• We offer hassle-free replacements for all products that arrive damaged; simply provide photos of the damaged parts to be eligible.

• Please be aware that our refund policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your product was delivered, regrettably, we cannot provide a refund or exchange, even in the event of damage to your product.

• While we strive to provide estimated delivery dates, we cannot assure specific delivery dates. Except for notifying you of any acknowledged delays, we do not take responsibility for products delivered after the estimated delivery date. The delivery times indicated on the website are approximate estimates, and actual delivery may vary, either taking longer or potentially arriving much sooner.
